Carson City, Douglas home prices edge down in February, up in Lyon County

Sierra Nevada Realtors reported a 10.4% increase in closed home sales in northern Nevada for February 2025, totaling 635 sales. The median sales price rose to $509,000, a 1.8% increase from January. Carson City saw 62 sales, a 26.5% increase, with a median price of $524,925. Douglas County had 51 sales, up 59.4%, with a median price of $688,020. Washoe County reported 401 closed sales and a median price of $535,000. Churchill County had 17 sales, while Lyon County reported 72 sales, with respective median prices of $380,000 and $402,500.
